Offer is subject to shipping policies of Smartwool; in the event of any inconsistency with these terms, such shipping policies will prevail, govern and control. 

Overnight shipping means next business day. No weekend delivery.  Business days are Monday through Friday, and exclude federal holidays.  Holidays include: Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.   

Deliveries to PO Boxes and APO addresses ship via Priority Mail. All other deliveries ship via FEDEX. Shipping based on normal carrier restrictions and delays. Delivery is NOT guaranteed within the corresponding number of business days.  

This Offer is only available for qualifying purchase transactions effected on www.smartwool.com  

Qualifying purchase transaction amounts ($.100) are calculated pre-tax and net of promo codes, discounts, coupons, offers or promotions. 

Use of any artifice, device or other means to seek to defraud Smartwool in conjunction with this Offer or the violation of these Terms may result in Smartwool requiring full payment for shipping. 

C. Redemption 

$9 Overnight shipping must be selected by customer in shopping cart, once customer achieves applicable qualifying purchase transaction. No promo code required.  

Not valid in-store, including merchandise purchased for in-store pickup. No adjustments on previous purchases. Not available for returns/exchanges.  Not redeemable for cash.  Offer subject to change at any time without notice.  

Legal title to purchased product(s) transfers to the buyer at point of shipment.
