Smartwool Warranty Request

We will replace your Smartwool garment within 12 months of purchase if it has been assessed and deemed faulty due to fabric, stitching, or manufacturing defects.

Important:

If you purchased your Smartwool garment from another retailer (online or in-store), we recommend contacting that retailer directly first. They may be able to assist you more quickly with your warranty claim. If they are unable to help, you're welcome to submit a warranty request with us.

Please do not send your garment to us before submitting a warranty request and receiving further instructions.

Damage that occurs after a year is usually considered general wear and tear and may not be covered under warranty.
